The Girls LYLA program is divided by age group, with a path from first sticks all the way to middle school select teams.
Our U8 program is fall clinic based. This is where most players are introduced to the sport for the first time. Lacrosse can be difficult for the littles, so our goal is to create an encouraging and fun environment! The weekly clinics teach basic skills and make learning the game fun!
We have lots of extra equipment, so if you don't own or have these items, don't worry — we do! The only item required to bring is a mouthguard.
Spring format is game play and practices. More information to come following completion of fall.

Think clinics are boring if you're an experienced player? Nervous clinics will just be stick work? Not with our program. Sessions are built to engage players from start to finish. Expect opportunities to go head to head against coaches, compete in varying challenges and more. #challengeAcoach
